Couches and the Floor Part 2

So I finally got the evidence from Stacia of Meghan and I sleeping in the front room. As you can see in the pictures, we have laptops scattered around the room and even a soda can next to my leg. Even though we didn't have any soda I still thought it was funny.

Couches and the Floor

Why is it that sleeping on the couch and on the floor is so comfortable at times? Especially at 4 in the morning? For the past three nights I have literally either slept on the couch or floor in the front room.Take last night for example. Last night I slept on the floor and Meghan fell asleep on the couch after staying up with the roomies blogging and surfing the internet. You know just your average night of procrastinating bed. Whenever I woke up my roommates were in the front room with me but they weren't asleep. They were busy going about their day like normal while I'm laying there with my face planted into my makeshift hoodie-pillow fast asleep in the middle of the floor. If I hadn't woken up to Brianna reading her paper to Meghan I think I would've stayed there for a lot longer. I even heard that Stacia took pictures of us. Oh the horror!

Roomies

So just recently I've discovered that I am not the only one who has a blog in the apartment. There are now 4 out of us 6 girls that own a homework procrastinating excuse to post blog. (Yeah I know it sounds confusing). And on all of there's it seems, have bragged about all of us roomies on their blog. Well don't I feel selfish for not bragging about them too! All I've done is post pictures with the expectations that everyone will know who they are and how wonderfully loving they are. So here's my shpeel about my roommates. (I'm going to kind of steel the layout that my roomy Steph used when she bragged about us).

STEPHANIE WRIGHT

Loving and always helping others. She's always more worried about us than she is of herself. She seriously goes through physical pain for us, such as giving piggy back rides and then throwing her back out because of it. We're always goofing off and calling sarcastic comments at each other. I always go to her if I want to have a deep gospel discussion. I learn so much from her, she is completely amazing!!! We've roomed since our first semester and I feel like we'll be rooming all of our college career! Our personalities are so much alike it's crazy. Except for one thing. GUYS!!! Our taste in men is completely different!

STACIA HOPKINS

Sweetest person I KNOW!!! She was with Steph and I when we first joined the college life and is still there! I remember she came to me my first day and said that if I ever needed to talk to someone or cry to them, she was there! She's had my heart ever since! She'll be graduating this Fall semester and I plan on sabotaging her grades or something just so she can't leave us!!! She's the mother hen in the apartment. Always making sure we are ok and always asking how our day has been. She's the leader of the apartment and we wouldn't have it any other way!!!

MEGHAN SORENSON

I LOVE THIS GIRL!!! I've known her for only 1 year and 7 months but I feel like I've known her for eternity! I don't seem to remember life without her! We were in the same ward in Mt. Vernon, IL whenever she moved in with her awesome sister Beth! We hit if off immediately and have been best friends since. I'm so glad I converted her to come to BYU-Idaho to be my roommate! She reminds me of home in Illinois while making new memories of home here in Rexburg! I don't know what I would be doing if I didn't have her here with me.

BRIANNA MASSEY

My partner in crime. Who knows what we are going to do to the apartment when we are left in it alone. We've decorated the mirror, walls, and light switches together. I always go to her if I want to just have fun! If she hadn't come to the apartment I think I might have gone crazy cuz so far she is the only one who knows as many movies as I do. We are always quoting them and finding new things to quote each day. She's outgoing and yet shy, sweet and yet headstrong. She came with Meghan from their hometown in Missouri. I'm so glad she came! Another soul that I've felt like I've known forever and I'm sure will know for even longer!

KESHIA MILES


I freakin love this girl! We're always talking about life, boys, art, and other tihngs in the wee hours of the morning and just plain goofing off. She's another one that we are exactly alike. And even on the boy issues! We understand each other and get excited about the same things. lol we both have our crazy comfort foods of trail mix and cottage cheese! She unfortunately will only be rooming with me in the Fall because she is on the Fall/Winter track and I am Summer/Fall. I don't know if i'll be able to go a whole year before I see her wonderful face again!


So there you have the little bit that I can tell you. My wonderful, crazy, cooky, loving, adorable roommates that I love to death and then some! I know I can do no justice to who they really are but you'll just have to get to know them! I would do anything for them and pray that I'll be able to room with them for more than just one semester! We have such an amazing bond in our apartment! People have seriously asked us how we are so close! To us we are all just like family! We aren't by ourselves or living on our own because we have our own little family right here in Rexburg! It's just like a constant sleep over of everlasting fun that never ends!

WAHOO!!!

So I just thought I would come and post some pictures of my AWESOME roommates and I. We dressed up for our ward Halloween party. All of the FHE groups had to have a theme and our apartment was video games (our FHE group didn't cooperate and all of them didn't do video games). But we all went to DI and picked out our outfits and here are the master pieces!!!
